Please note: Due to the nature of VAT and tariff-inclusive pricing on international orders, as duties, taxes and tariffs are paid directly to foreign governments, we are unable to process refunds for orders outside of New Zealand and Australia.

To be eligible for a return
The item must be in original, unused condition.
The original box and packaging must be included.
All tags and labels must be attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation/packing slip) is required.
Note: If an item is sent back not in its original packaging, the sender will be responsible for any additional transportation costs that are incurred.
Items not eligible
All sale items are FINAL SALE (marked with 'final-sale' tag on product pages).
Altered or custom order items.
Gift cards.
Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of initiating your return.

Customers are responsible for the payment of returns and do so at their own expense. We offer a subsidised returns service via DHL for a reduced flat fee.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at service@porterjames.com with photos and a description. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
