DESIGN
All of our work is concepted in Auckland, New Zealand, where our small product team ideates on a daily basis. Each garment undergoes a thorough design and sampling process where we discuss the product's utility whilst continually asking ourselves - how can we make this better?

FABRIC
Denim
All of our denim is milled by Kaihara in Fukuyama, Japan. Our denim is 100% cotton and is typically 12.5-13oz in weight.
Wool
Our wool is sourced from a range of countries, including New Zealand and Australia, and is milled across both China & Japan. Our range spans wool gabardines, lighter / tropical weights and premium merinos. We do not use synthetic blends.
Cotton
We mostly use organic cotton sourced from countries such as India, United States and Australia. All of our cotton is milled in China.
Leather
We use full-grain bovine leather, mostly from New Zealand, but sometimes from parts of Europe & South America as well.
Nylon
We use a mix of recycled and non-recycled nylon, which is milled in both Japan and China. We like nylon as a sportswear fabric and choose it with intent.
Polyester
Less than 1% of our product development includes polyester; however if it does it's to serve a specific purpose - like to give the garment structure or to reduce wrinkles.
PRODUCTION
80% of our garment production is completed with two suppliers in Dongguan, China. We visit their family-owned and operated factories once or twice per year, and they always extend a warm welcome.
The majority of our leather is produced in Auckland, New Zealand and we are currently developing footwear & eyewear collections in Japan. Our socks are made in South Korea.
