This policy applies to orders delivered to countries within the European Union (EU) and European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If your order is delivered to an eligible EU or EFTA country, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags attached where reasonably possible.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics or function, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item(s), together with the original outbound shipping charge paid when placing your order.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
